Can Prat Rural is a traditional stone farmhouse surrounded by nature and silence in the middle of El Pla de l'Estany. The warm farmhouse is divided into two floors with totally independent access: on the first one is where the couple of endearing owners live and the upstairs floor is the one for rent. The house has a
private garden and pool for guests.
On the upstairs floor we find the large bright and air-conditioned dining room that serves as a distributor of
4 bedrooms (two
double rooms with bathroom, one triple room and one single room with shared bathroom). The dining room has direct access to the garden through some stone steps. On the same floor we find the TV room, the fireplace, air-conditioned with clear and warm light, a games room for adults and children with the billiards, and
the 5th bedroom (quadruple loft) with bathroom. On this floor we also find the kitchen, which has access to a small terrace with barbecue and a bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned, except the single room.
The outdoor area of the garden is spacious and sunny, making it a
paradise where you can enjoy the sound of nature and the calm. It has a porch area with an auxiliary kitchen, a fenced pool, a football goal and a volleyball net. An ideal house to
enjoy nature and its outdoor areas in summer and winter.
